🌱 About the Role
Our client in the e-commerce space is seeking a passionate and strategic Regional Ecosystems Manager to help drive innovation and sustainable development through strategic partnerships across Western Africa.
You’ll be the key connector between governments, businesses, NGOs, and communities—all from your home office. This role requires someone with deep local knowledge, proven stakeholder management experience, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strategic partnerships across public and private sectors

Map local ecosystems and develop stakeholder engagement strategies

Represent the organization at regional events (mostly virtual, some in-person)

Collaborate across global internal teams and time zones

Track and report on ecosystem growth, partnership performance, and trends

Advocate for regional needs within the global strategy
Your Profile:

Based in Western Africa with solid local networks

5+ years in partnerships, ecosystem development, business dev, or community engagement

Strong remote work experience – self-motivated and results-driven

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Tech-savvy: Able to use digital tools for collaboration, reporting, and outreach

Passionate about ecosystem building and systems thinking
