📝 Job Description
As Regional Ecosystems Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic connector for stakeholders across Western Africa. This remote role is ideal for professionals who can work independently, build partnerships, and drive collaborative initiatives across public and private sectors, NGOs, and communities. You’ll coordinate with both internal teams and regional partners to grow sustainable ecosystems and contribute to innovation in the e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strategic partnerships aligned with the organization’s mission and local priorities

Develop and execute ecosystem engagement strategies tailored to regional needs

Represent the organization in virtual and occasional in-person events and forums

Collaborate across international internal teams and departments

Conduct ecosystem mapping and regional analysis

Provide regular reports on partnership growth, stakeholder activity, and local trends

Act as an internal regional advocate for stakeholder needs and emerging opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile

Resides in Western Africa with strong regional networks

5+ years’ experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, stakeholder relations, or community engagement

Proven ability to work remotely and independently

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
