The Vacancy

We are currently looking for Registered Nurses who will visit patients in their homes. You will be part of different Patient Support Programs (PSP) and Health Management Solutions (HMS) projects.

You will provide education and clinical updates to patients, caregivers, and Health Care Providers on proper drug administration/injection technique, side effect management, and basic disease state education.

You might also administer medication as per program/project requirements or reinforce study protocols as related to clinical trials. This role can be full-time or part-time.

Job Description:

1. Provide education and clinical updates to patients, caregivers and HCP’s as required.
2. Administer medication/treatments if required.
3. Provide specific training to patients.
4. Participation in regular training courses on compliance, communication, adherence, motivation, product issues and drug safety.
5. Continuous and complete documentation and reporting.
6. Implement program process within potential sites if applicable.
7. Undertake Adverse Events and Product Complaints (where appropriate) Training.
8. Reporting of Adverse Events and Product Complaints according to program requirements.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of one-year post registration experience; or the equivalent of education, training, and experience
• Active Nursing Registration and all necessary training
• Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, coworkers, managers, and clients
• Ability to work autonomously
• Flexible with time and willingness to travel on short notice
• Drivers license and own car
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Spanish and good level of English
