About the Role
Brookring Federal is hiring a Remote Call Centre Agent to conduct outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain a high standard of service. This role requires fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
Key Responsibilities

Compile and manage customer contact lists according to the provided instructions.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage professionally.

Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues.

Maintain and update an accurate customer database.

Provide daily performance reports and feedback to management.

Ensure adherence to call handling and customer service standards.
Requirements

Fluent/Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

Proven experience (minimum 1 year preferred) in a call centre or customer service role.

Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.

Own a functional laptop or desktop, with a reliable headset.

Must have Starlink or a stable, high-speed internet connection.

A quiet, distraction-free environment for remote work.
