About the Role:
Sterlin Glams is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day retail operations, lead a sales team, drive performance, and deliver top-tier customer service. This is a key leadership position requiring passion for fashion, strong organisation, and sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff

Customer Service: Handle inquiries & complaints professionally

Sales Growth: Meet sales targets, analyse trends & implement strategies

Inventory Control: Monitor, manage & restock inventory

Store Presentation: Ensure a clean, organised, and visually appealing store

Financial Oversight: Manage POS, cash handling & reporting

Training: Support team skill-building and growth

Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve operational issues

Communication: Maintain clear internal and customer communication
Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a supervisory role

Excellent English (written & spoken)

Strong selling, negotiation & leadership skills

Microsoft Office & POS system proficiency

Ability to work under pressure, weekends & holidays included

Must live in or near Gwarinpa, Abuja
