Purpose of the Role:
To ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient packaging, installation, and maintenance of roller mills and associated machinery for uninterrupted mill operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily reports on roll activities and mill operations
-
Inspect machinery to detect faults early and avoid downtime
-
Fabricate machine parts for maintenance and repair
-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on roller mills
-
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions quickly
-
Prevent air and material leakages to improve mill efficiency
-
Keep the work area clean and comply with safety and hygiene standards
-
Execute roll preparation tasks following best practices
Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
-
5 O’Level credits including English & Mathematics (maximum of 2 sittings)
-
NABTEB or Trade Test I-III is an added advantage
-

Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar technical role
