Job Summary:

Mavin Records is hiring a Royalty Associate to manage royalty payments for artists, producers, and songwriters. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of music industry royalty structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and distribute accurate royalty payments

  • Reconcile royalty statements and support audits

  • Communicate with stakeholders on royalty queries

  • Interpret contracts to ensure correct payments

  • Maintain royalty databases and generate reports

  • Assist in optimizing royalty systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in royalties, finance, or music industry

  • Knowledge of music licensing, publishing, and royalties

  • Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
