Job Description

All vehicles manufactured in Ageo and sold in the UDT market (OEM (including vehicles) to manage warranty costs. You will work on improving all quality KPIs and quality costs and will be responsible for contributing to the sustainable development of the warranty cost provisions.

[Main Duties]

• Serving as a business partner for the QA department and all related departments
• Confirming and reporting on the execution status of investment activities
• QA leadership for monthly results and forecasts of all investments and operating expenses Reporting to the team promptly

Requirements

• Minimum Experience Level: Over 3 years
• Career Level: Mid Career
• Minimum English Level: Business Level
• Minimum Japanese Level: Fluent
• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
• Visa Status: Permission to work in Japan required

• Deep understanding of product quality processes in the development and mass production stages, knowledge, and experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a track record of meeting deadlines.
