Job Details

Right now, they are looking for a Sales Account Executive responsible for selling Esko’s software products, our customers’ central sales point of contact.

Salary: The average salary Sales Account Executive is about $86,540 per year in Canada.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute prospecting plans for their assigned territory
  2. Uncover customer pre-press needs, create sales opportunities for Esko software, demonstrate and convince customers of the value of the Esko product, negotiate and close sales opportunities
  3. Work with technical pre-sales team to create demonstrations and custom proposals for customers
  4. Facilitate hand-off of deployment to the service team
  5. Create and maintain a positive brand image for Esko through customer interactions and meetings
  6. Supported clean funnel management and continuously improved Esko’s customer database quality.

Qualifications

  1. Good understanding of Esko solutions, print and packaging converter market space
  2. Able to break down a complex objective into actionable steps and create a plan to accomplish those steps.
  3. Understands how to manage their time and energy towards their most essential needs.
  4.  Ability to present complex ideas and help clients articulate the ROI of their Esko partnership, ability to interpret data for customer insight
  5. An aptitude for conducting tough conversations, including overcoming objections.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills; practical online, in person, and by phone, with the ability to build meaningful business relationships.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent sales skills and a consistent record of achieving KPIs.
  3. Three years of relevant experience
  4. Proven track record in growing accounts through client consultation and close collaboration with colleagues.
  5. Solid experience with CRM systems, Excel, MS Office
