๐งพ Job Summary:
ipNX is looking for a Sales Account Manager who will:

Grow and maintain key accounts
-
Develop client relationships across Lagos Island
-
Drive revenue and account expansion
-
Work closely with internal technical teams for service delivery
๐ Core Responsibilities:

Build long-term strategic relationships with high-volume clients
-
Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
-
Create annual growth plans per client/account
-
Drive new business within existing accounts
-
Analyze and present sales forecasts, dashboards, and reports
-
Maintain strong public relations and customer retention strategies
-
Ensure excellent project coordination and service delivery
๐ง Skills & Competencies Required:
-
Strong experience in managing strategic accounts (5โ7 years)
-
High-level sales and relationship management expertise
-
Ability to analyze data and present reports/dashboards
-
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., Pursuit)
-
Excellent use of Excel & PowerPoint
-
Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
-
Confident in client-facing and stakeholder engagements
