Job Description:
The Sales and Collection Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. This role requires a strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market company products to prospective customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

Track sales leads and follow up on outstanding payments

Provide regular feedback to management on sales and collections performance

Document all transactions and update customer records

Resolve customer complaints and escalate where necessary
Job Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification: Diploma in any discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

High level of proactivity and ability to take initiative

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
