Sales Assistant

A successful Sales Assistant is someone who manages sales contacts, introduces potential customers and helps them get on board. It is the front line of the company, a point of contact between customers and Drivfit, and an expert in customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

The job will require you to

 

  • Manage sales leads, through email, phone and quick video calls;
  • Maximum focus on sales;
  • Available for in-person sales and test drivers;
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Available to travel;
  • Providing feedback and suggest solutions on our services and processes.

Informação adicional

The ideal candidate

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Proficiency in computer skills;
  • English at conversational level;
  • Commercial profile and outgoing personality;
