Sales Assistant
A successful Sales Assistant is someone who manages sales contacts, introduces potential customers and helps them get on board. It is the front line of the company, a point of contact between customers and Drivfit, and an expert in customer satisfaction.
Qualificações
The job will require you to
- Manage sales leads, through email, phone and quick video calls;
- Maximum focus on sales;
- Available for in-person sales and test drivers;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- Available to travel;
- Providing feedback and suggest solutions on our services and processes.
Informação adicional
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Proficiency in computer skills;
- English at conversational level;
- Commercial profile and outgoing personality;
