Job Description
A sales associate is usually responsible for welcoming customers, maintaining floor appearance, directing customers to goods and operating cash registers. They ensure that their company makes more sales and gets customers products suited to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to
- connect with existing clients.
- Search for new prospective customers in the defined territory, including existing and new accounts.
- Study company targets about sales activities and strive for continuous implementation of the same.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new products or service launches with appropriate team members.
- Boosting sales prospects through effectively utilising consumer sales dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.
Skills
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Adept at communicating with them in–hours team, clients, and management
- through formal documentation and discussions.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- A high focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
- Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per
