Job Description

Sales Associate/ Retail Sales Associate is responsible for answering customers’ questions, assisting customers in directing the customers to goods, and operating cash registers. And also there are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers.

A Salesperson is expected to continuously update their knowledge of the company product and keep the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays. The sales associate jobs may vary/differ with different companies, and a sales associate’s duties may also vary. In summary, represent the company by attending to the customers by helping them find the right products and services.
