Job Description.
They are looking for Sales Associates that can work between 10-20 hours a week.
Responsibilities.
- Act and think first of the client and their experience. You have an in-depth knowledge of clients’ desires, needs and expectations.
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
- Create an authentic long-term bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
- Prove Brand and product knowledge.
- Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, and remote sales, tax-free, punctually and accurately.
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and is attentive to preventing product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
- Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways to be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

- A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the centre of every decision.

Requirements.
- Previous experience in sales roles. Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
- Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness evolves in the organization, and willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
