🧾 Role Overview:

Polar Frequency LLC is a fast-growing digital agency seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-driven executive to handle outbound job applications, client communications, and lead generation across global freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of client interaction strategies, and the ability to deliver tailored proposals that win business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and apply to relevant freelance and client project listings daily

  • Customize proposals to align with specific project needs

  • Professionally manage initial client communications

  • Maintain detailed response and follow-up trackers

  • Schedule meetings and transfer qualified leads to the internal team

  • Provide consistent reports on progress and performance


🧠 Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and communication skills

  • Experience in freelance platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) or outbound sales

  • Organized and responsive with strong follow-up discipline

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Notion, and CRMs

  • Able to work independently and communicate asynchronously


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Proven sales or lead generation experience

  • Basic knowledge of digital services (AI, automation, design, development)

  • Work experience in UAE / MENA / European time zones


🕓 Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Monday–Friday

  • 30–40 hours weekly

  • Weekends Off
