Polar Frequency LLC is a fast-growing digital agency seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-driven executive to handle outbound job applications, client communications, and lead generation across global freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of client interaction strategies, and the ability to deliver tailored proposals that win business.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Identify and apply to relevant freelance and client project listings daily

Customize proposals to align with specific project needs

Professionally manage initial client communications

Maintain detailed response and follow-up trackers

Schedule meetings and transfer qualified leads to the internal team

Provide consistent reports on progress and performance
🧠 Requirements:

Excellent written English and communication skills

Experience in freelance platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) or outbound sales

Organized and responsive with strong follow-up discipline

Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Notion, and CRMs

Able to work independently and communicate asynchronously
