Job Description

1. Develop sales activities to achieve monthly sales targets for new and used BMW/MINI vehicles. (Proposal activities, customer service, test rides, estimates, contracts, vehicle insurance proposals, after-sales follow-up)
2. Respond to customers in accordance with the standards required by dealer guidelines.
3. Responding to telephone, e-mail, and web inquiries within the sales area.
4. Hearing opinions from customers through test drives.
5. Conducting prospective customer surveys using marketing tools.
6. Improving customer satisfaction through follow-up activities after vehicle delivery and after-sales.
7. Attending regular meetings with the Sales Force.
8. Correctly convey the brand experience (brand image, tradition, history, etc.) to customers and gain their understanding.
9. Update the order management system and database accordingly.
10. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers. Systematization of contact plans.
11. Ensuring appropriate profits in transactions with customers.
12. Cooperate with the used car department and manage trade-in negotiations. (If possible, we will also do an assessment.)
13. Understand the content of BMW Financial Services and propose loans and leases.
