📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow savings deposit portfolios

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify product opportunities

• Lead and mentor a team of savings deposit officers

• Launch and monitor effective sales and marketing campaigns

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Implement customer retention and loyalty strategies

• Analyze KPIs, track performance, and report regularly to senior management

• Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams for seamless operations

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking focused on deposit mobilization

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding savings targets

• Deep knowledge of the Nigerian financial market and regulations

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proficiency in BankOne software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
