The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams’ operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Direct report to MD to driven eCommerce D2C, B2C & B2B biz through Brand website, Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee & JD central) & Offline Partners platform
- Lead and manage LG official store on lg.com to deliver the sale result both D2C and B2B business
- Maximize team member capability to deliver business goal
- Manage P&L by deliver short term & long-term biz plan
- Provide direction & guidance for sales process include Omni Chanel all round expertise in eCommerce covering Key Account Management
- Connect with the regional to improve the store performance to generate better consumer experience on LG platform
- Lead the special project to increase number of sell out e.g. O2O Project
- Manage all activities related to assortment, sales volume, distribution channel, customers service, platform development and trade marketing & performance marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
- Minimum 10 years of online business and e-commerce
- Having data analytic skills or performance experience and the fast paced environment of e-commerce market
- Good command in English
- Understand on back-end system of e-marketplace platform (preferably)
- Enthusiastic, positive thinking, initiative, analytic, team player
- Leadership and multitasking skills
