💼 Job Summary:
The company seeks persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-driven Sales Executives to:

Aggressively acquire clients

Drive revenue growth
-
Conduct both outdoor and indoor marketing

Close sales
-
Collaborate with Customer Service for smooth onboarding and retention
💸 This role includes a base salary + performance-based commission.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, and digital tactics

Hit weekly/monthly sales targets
-
Pitch services tailored to client needs
-
Utilize digital tools (SEO, WhatsApp, social media, email marketing) for sales

Maintain and grow client relationships
-
Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events
-
Update CRM and submit regular sales reports
-
Analyze market trends and customer feedback
✅ Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related (preferred, not mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development
-
Strong traditional + digital marketing background
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Target-driven with a “hunter” sales mindset

CRM and digital tools proficiency (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
💰 Salary & Benefits:

₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly

Commission: 2.5% of total sales
