Your Role:

We are searching for a Sales Executive who will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts, ensuring revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. We are seeking an experienced contributor and aspiring sales leader that possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, along with a good understanding of the importance of safety in heavy industry.

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Establish a fit-for-purpose sales and marketing stack, and toolkit to underpin the GTM and ensure sales efficiency and scalability.
  • Build a sales pipeline, win new customers and generate sales across the full sales pipeline from prospecting to selling in ‘POCs’ and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver marketing materials via relevant channels to promote our value proposition, identify potential leads and prospects and drive awareness and consideration.
  • Along with the Customer Success team, contribute towards growth and expansion opportunities within existing customers once successfully through ‘POC’s.

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • 5+ years’ (or equivalent) experience in new business B2B sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in sales leadership is seen as advantageous
  • Experience and understanding of ‘Enterprise’ sales, selling high annual contract value propositions into complex, multi-level, multi-stakeholder customer targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and follow a staged and structured sales process.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Empathic communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Willingness to “muck-in”, learn-as-you-go and lead by example.
