Ascentech Services is seeking a Sales Leadβa high-performing and entrepreneurial sales strategistβto drive commercial growth and revenue for its media operations. This individual will work directly with the CEO to develop and execute a robust sales strategy across advertising, sponsorships, and institutional subscriptions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, team builder, and confident deal-closer ready to shape a high-impact sales function from the ground up.
β Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Revenue Strategy & Monetization

Develop and implement a scalable, cross-platform monetization strategy

Close high-value B2B advertising, sponsorship, and digital/print media deals

Drive event/editorial partnerships and corporate collaborations
πΉ Institutional Sales & Partnerships

Build a strong pipeline of institutional and subscription-based clients

Develop pitches tailored to industries like finance, HR, e-commerce, and insurance
-
Foster relationships with key decision-makers and corporate departments
πΉ Sales Leadership & Team Building

Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven sales team

Design pricing models, templates, and sales processes

Track sales KPIs and report performance directly to executive leadership
π― Candidate Requirements:

5+ years in B2B sales (media, publishing, digital, or subscription-based services preferred)

Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or Master’s is a plus)

Proven track record in deal closing, outreach strategy, and pipeline development

Strong network of media, advertising, and L&D decision-makers

Proficiency with CRM tools and performance tracking platforms

Strategic thinker, confident presenter, and excellent negotiator
π Compensation & Benefits:

π° Base Salary: β¦500,000 β β¦700,000/month

πΌ Commission: 10β15% on all closed deals (Uncapped)
