Shishscentury is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Lagos. This role requires a dynamic, people-oriented individual who will drive revenue, implement sales strategies, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for team leadership, sales reporting, market research, and ensuring the sales department aligns with broader business goals.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth

Supervise and coach sales staff, setting goals and performance standards

Monitor KPIs and use analytics to improve sales outcomes

Maintain and expand strong client relationships to drive repeat business

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales personnel

Collaborate on marketing and sales campaigns aligned with business objectives

Analyze market trends and competitors, adapting strategies as needed
