Job Summary:

Sako Power is hiring Sales Representatives to promote and sell solar energy solutions. This role involves identifying potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar power, and guiding them through the entire sales and installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new leads through cold calls, referrals, and events

  • Maintain and manage a lead database

  • Educate clients on solar energy benefits and cost savings

  • Explain system components, installation steps, and financing options

  • Visit customer locations to assess energy needs and site suitability

  • Work with engineers to design custom solar solutions

  • Present and negotiate proposals to close deals

  • Support clients with paperwork and contract completion

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support

  • Meet individual and team sales targets

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and sales skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply

  • Teamwork and target-driven mindset
