our mission:
Market Sanitas products to SME clients (<50 employees), carrying out both the prospecting and acquisition of new clients and maintaining and strengthening the client portfolio assigned by the company in the reference area, according to the guidelines and objectives. of the Commercial Directorate
functions:
• Represent Sanitas before clients.
• Know the assigned area, the markets of the companies in the area and the products and coverage of the competition to defend the offers with good arguments.
• Prospect for new clients in your area.
• Contact potential clients based on the records collected in the databases, focusing the activity on the SME sector.
• Carry out teleconsultation with potential clients to schedule visits and present offers.
• Establish contacts, follow up on those that remain pending and repeat attempts.
• Keep the CRM database updated, according to contacts, visits, and actions…
• Prepare and present commercial offers according to the characteristics of each client/group.
• Coordinate with Actuarial the quotes and openings of groups that do not adapt to the standard product.
• Negotiate internally the most convenient premiums to close the offers.
• Streamline the administrative procedures necessary to proceed with the opening of the group and the registration of clients.
• Register clients’ policies.
• Carry out commercial monitoring of the assigned portfolio and try to boost sales of own products.
• Promote new inclusions and cross-selling of the products of the different companies in the group.
• Respond to requests or requests from clients in the portfolio and refer them to the corresponding departments.
• Manage leads and customer notifications received from telephone and digital channels
• Promote the digitalization of assigned clients, ensuring their use of the company’s tools (video consultations, company portal, SPS, etc.).
• Prospect accounts and clients through digital platforms such as LinkedIn
