Duties & Responsibilities
This position is in direct support of the Kuwait PATRIOT Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This is senior level position. The individual will serve as a PATRIOT Missile Defense Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Kuwait. The selectee will provide PATRIOT Air & Missile Defense operations advice and assistance, cleared by and at the direction of the Kuwait Security Assistance Management Directorate PATRIOT Field Office Chief in Kuwait.
The selectee will work alongside the Kuwait PATRIOT Field Office Chief and will provide technical assistance to the Field Office Chief as it relates to the Kuwait PATRIOT Program. The selectee must be an expert on PATRIOT Weapon System Fielding operations, be expert with Maintenance and Training on all part of the PATRIOT Weapon System (WPN), must also demonstrate technical support and operational services for the PATRIOT Fire Units both in garrison and non-combat field locations. The selectee will be required to work in a field environment with the WPN system as required and work overtime and non-standard shifts as necessary and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The person selected for this position will be responsible for coordinating programmatic and logistics support to assist the Kuwait PATRIOT Field Office Chief. The incumbent must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
This position is located in the Kuwait PATRIOT SAMD Field Office, Kuwait City Kuwait. Office Space will be provided alongside the Kuwait Field Office Chief, however, all other life support and administrative requirements will be the responsibility of the contractor, in accordance with the PWS. OCONUS travel will be coordinated and at the discretion of the Kuwait SAMD Branch Chief, the Contracting Officers Representative, and in conjunction with the PWS.
