Job Description
The Company’s client is a Hong Kong IT Company with multiple brands trending in the market. They have set up a new APAC headquarters in Hong Kong and would like to expand their finance team. They are looking for a high calibre candidate to join their team as the future core store for the company finance.
- Fix Asset Management/ Inventory Control
- Operation accounting exposure
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable and fixed asset management activities by the corporation compliance
- Perform staff claim reimbursement
- Handle payment inquiries and regular communication with users on matters related to payment and fixed asset management
- Prepare monthly reports and schedules for accounts payment and fixed asset management.
- Assist in the internal and external audit, including updates on relevant schedules
- Support implementation of system projects
- Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects as requested by the company
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related discipline is preferred
- 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the lower position
- Able to cope with a fast-paced environment and self-initiative
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks & time
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Good PC knowledge
- Have a good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
