Job Description
Our banking clients are looking for an outstanding Senior Java Developer to assist them with designing, building and implementing an eTrading pricing engine. You will join a well-established, high-calibre team of java software engineers and work directly with front-office business users.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Core Java Development experience
- Solid expertise with java multi-threading, garbage collection, concurrency, and data structures
- Ideally, you will have electronic trading and low latency systems experience. Alternatively, you will have worked on highly available 24/7 systems that are highly distributed across different countries.
- You will want to work in the front office teams dealing with business stakeholders, traders or quants.
- Solid financial markets asset class knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with highly complex and challenging business-facing environments and technology teams
