Job Overview:
Mavin Records is seeking a Senior / Lead Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, new revenue channels, and market expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-oriented professional with deep experience in entertainment, media, or tech industries.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and implement revenue-driving business strategies
🔹 Identify and negotiate high-value brand and licensing partnerships
🔹 Lead a team of BD professionals and mentor for performance
🔹 Analyze market trends to unlock new business opportunities
🔹 Collaborate across departments (marketing, talent, finance) to align initiatives
🔹 Represent Mavin at industry events and lead key pitches and proposals
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related
✔ 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in media/entertainment
✔ Proven track record of high-value deal closures
✔ Strong understanding of licensing, sponsorships, digital monetization
✔ Strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and great communication skills
✔ Experience leading teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
