Job Description

They are looking for a senior manager at a foreign general consumer goods manufacturer. You will understand the management strategy, manage the entire department’s goals and operations, and give the manager instructions and guidance. This is where you can make the most of your ability to perform duties as a playing manager.

Foreign general consumer goods manufacturer. Mainly focusing on the production of cookware, it is a world-famous manufacturer as one of the top brands with high technology and brand power as a long-established manufacturer with a long history.

• Finance transformation business
• Strategic capital policy and asset management
• ERP-based business management and operational sophistication
• HR strategy formulation for finance organizations

Application requirements :

• “Upstream” experience such as formulating an accounting/performance management system concept is welcome
• SSC/BPO/FP&A-related project experience for global companies welcome
• Medium-term management plan/budget preparation outline experience welcome
• Project experience on Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, Blackline, RPA, etc. welcome
• Knowledge of accounting standards such as Japanese standards, USGAAP, IFRS, CPA or USCPA welcome
• English proficiency (TOEIC 700 points) welcome
