Job Description

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role is held responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing the full spectrum of talent development functions and initiatives.
• Identify training needs, formulate a learning roadmap and methodology and implement talent development strategies to meet the Bank’s strategic plans.
• Develop, deliver and review various training initiatives to enhance the employee’s competencies
• Develop, organize and implement learning & talent development programs, including but not limited to Staff Orientation Program, Junior Talent Development Program etc.
• Manage and coordinate overall training logistics arrangement, such as training agreement, enrollment, evaluation etc.
• Plan and organize team building and staff engagement events and activities to boost our employer proposition and employee engagement
• Devise, drive, deliver and monitor ECF, CPD & CPT curricula and progress that are meeting regulatory requirements and business priorities
• Maintain good relationships with learning and talent development service partners and providers
• Participate in different HR projects as required from time to time

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 8-10 years of solid talent development experience gained from the banking / financial services industry
• Hands-on experience in implementing learning and talent development programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
• Agile, detail-oriented and result-driven
• Able to work in a fast pace and multi-tasking environment
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese; fluent in conversational Putonghua

Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
