Mission:
Lead the strategy and lifecycle management of MTN’s Rich Media Services (RMS) and Digital Content offerings, driving engagement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to shape a future-ready portfolio aligned with market trends and evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive digital product strategy, roadmaps, and enhancements for RMS

Oversee Rich Media content development, digital advertising, and ecosystem growth

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align services with business goals

Conduct market research and analytics to identify profitable opportunities

Lead a product team in delivering cutting-edge content and services

Ensure products deliver value and align with MTNN’s customer-centric culture
-
Maintain and enhance in-life products and services using performance metrics
-
Collaborate on cross-functional goals for service delivery and customer engagement
Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field (MSc/MBA is an advantage)
-
Project Management training/certification is a plus
-
Fluent in English
Experience:
-
9–17 years total experience
-
Minimum 3 years in managerial role in telecom or tech industry
-
5+ years in advanced product development/management
-
4 years in project management
-
3 years handling external stakeholders (e.g., content providers, regulators)
-
1 year in rich media content services
-
Global/multicultural exposure is an advantage
