Job Description

This is one of the established foreign banks in Hong Kong with strong and stable businesses within Hong Kong. They are now looking for Internet Banking Support to join their team.

Responsibilities

• You will Provide excellent service on Digital Banking and digital tools for internal parties or customers in face to face or on phone
• Service as a contact point to provide digital banking services, ebanking training and service issues
• Work with implementation teams to improve ebanking services
• Assist in system testing and deployment arrangements for new and enhancement of services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience in software or application development. Less experienced candidates will also be considered.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a good team player to cooperating with Managers and other teams
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge in Microsoft Excel VBA, Access, as well as networking, web applications, database and programming
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
