We are currently recruiting a 360 end to end experienced recruiter to join our team in a brand-new office located in Rhodes.
As a senior recruiter you need to focus on exploring new clients and placing permanent professionals.
Salary
$70,000- $100,000 a year plus super
About the role
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Shortlisting and interviewing talents for permanent positions.
- Developing new opportunities and conducting strategic talent searches.
- Managing candidate pipelines for proactive recruitment needs.
- Building rapport with candidates and clients.
About you
- High level of communication and relationship building skills.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Sales-oriented and not afraid to pick-up the phone.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as work as part of a collaborative team.
