๐ Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries both in writing and verbally.

Prepare and manage valuation reports and policy renewals.

Register incoming and outgoing mail.
-
Monitor returned direct debit mandates.

Send out birthday and seasonal messages to clients.

Create customer and contractor codes.
-
Record and analyze customer feedback.
-
Support customer service training for other staff.
-
Ensure all client interactions are friendly and error-free.

Track performance against agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
๐ Qualifications:

Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Mass Communication, International Relations, or any related field.

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
๐ก Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication (English).

Moderate IT proficiency (emails, Microsoft Office).

Good business writing and documentation.

Basic negotiation skills.
