Job Overview:
Concordia Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse or Assistant Nurse (Auxiliary Nurse) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will work closely with doctors and other medical professionals to ensure patients receive the best healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Patient Care & Assessment

Perform initial and routine assessments: vital signs, symptoms, and patient history

Monitor patient condition and report any significant changes to the doctor
B. Treatment & Medication

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document treatment and patient responses accurately
C. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure holistic care

Join daily rounds and meetings with the healthcare team
D. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate patient records (digital and paper)

Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Report incidents or errors promptly
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)

Must reside in or around Ikotun, Egbeda, or Igando
