Store manager with control of things
What beats a skilled store manager who just keeps things under control when you need it? Not much if you ask us. And if you agree, then this position might be for you.
As a store manager, you not only put your own stamp on your very own store – you are also responsible for a lot of talented employees. And here we are talking fun, dedicated types that you recruit, develop and motivate yourself. This is how you ensure that our customers always have a good experience in your store.
In addition, you have a management team that you regularly spar with and delegate management tasks to, so that it is not all on your shoulders. At Netto, we lift everyone together.
In your induction, you will get a thorough and structured introduction to the role of store manager. And you will only be responsible for your own store when you are ready. Among other things, you will be trained with the help of video training, leadership training and an experienced mentor.
In short, you must
exercise good leadership, lead the way in the store and set a good example for your colleagues
handle administrative tasks, e.g. duty schedules and product ordering
recruit and train new employees and develop your employees so that they are ready for the next step
give status and report to the district manager
keep track of the sales results
