🔧 Job Overview:
Sigma Consult seeks a proactive and experienced Supervisor to manage the tailoring and production team of a fast-growing fashion house in Lekki. The role involves leading garment production, maintaining quality control, training staff, and supporting basic finance operations.
🎯 Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities and supervise tailoring staff.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and production timelines.

Train and mentor team members to enhance craftsmanship and productivity.

Work with designers to ensure alignment between creative ideas and production output.

Track fabric usage, maintain inventory, and update production records.

Handle petty cash, track expenses, and support budgeting.

Address and resolve any staff or operational issues quickly.

Maintain a positive, high-performing team environment.
✅ Requirements:
