Supply Chain Coordinator (human) 35-40 hrs

Tasks

The tasks include:

Contact person for orders from our B2B partners
Creation of invoices
Master data maintenance, including article creation
Control of incoming goods
Processing and booking returns and creating credit notes
Notification of deliveries
Comparison of the payment advice with posted invoices and credit memos in Dynamics
Responsible for returns risk assessment in collaboration with the sales team
Placing the order with our contract manufacturer
First check of the invoices of our contract manufacturers and freight forwarders

qualification

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with initial experience in supply chain/and/or purchasing
MS Office – especially Excel and Word
MS Dynamics knowledge is an advantage
agile way of working
Good knowledge of German and good English
