Description:
As a Supply Chain Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the costs involved in the supply chain — from raw material purchases to warehousing and logistics. Your goal is to help the company control costs, reduce waste, and improve financial planning within the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report costs related to procurement, logistics, and inventory.

  • Help the business make informed decisions through accurate financial analysis.

  • Ensure all cost processes follow internal controls and financial regulations.

  • Support inventory valuation and ensure proper cost recording.

  • Recommend and implement cost-saving strategies.

  • Evaluate import and export cost comparisons to support sourcing and sales decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is an added advantage.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting

  • Good knowledge of supply chain operations and cost control

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
