As Synthesis Operator and the newest addition to Skeleton’s Cell Development Team, you will be part of our chemical production team in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, where we are setting up a pilot-scale production of curved graphene.

You will be able to use your experience from previous piloting or scale-up processes and at the same time develop your existing skills further and gain new ones.

Responsibilities

1. Operation of pilot reactor equipment (loading, unloading, supervision under operation).
2. Maintenance of reactor and peripheral equipment.
3. Implementation of new equipment and infrastructure.
4. Perform quality tests on materials.
5. Uphold safety procedures.
6. Documentation of daily activities and processes.

Requirements

1. You have experience in the operation of small-scale reactors (<1000 kg).
2. You know how to handle toxic gases in a chemical production environment and you are familiar with such gas supply systems.
3. You are experienced with handling chemical production documentation and connected data.
4. You are ready to work in shifts.
5. You speak English and ideally German.
6. You display ambition and you are driven by results.
