Job Description

Tolsdora Fashion is hiring an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Tailor to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for fashion, a good eye for design, and the ability to create garments from sketch to final stitching with originality and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce unique clothing from scratch

  • Sketch clothing designs for production

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with fashion trends

  • Handle fittings and make alterations where necessary

  • Deliver finished garments on time

  • Ensure quality control and accuracy in all productions

  • Bonuses offered for top performance under pressure

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: NCE or relevant vocational certificate

  • Experience: At least 3 years in tailoring, garment production, or fashion design

  • Proficiency in hand sketching and design interpretation

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines

  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and customer service skills

  • Ability to understand and translate customer ideas into finished pieces quickly
