LMW is seeking for an ambitious and result – oriented Technical Support Engineer, on behalf of a client company, which operates in the technology industry, providing innovative solutions that upgrade people’s daily experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Develop and maintain help sheets and FAQ lists
- Review electrical drawings
- Document and report errors in the ticketing system
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, chat, and email
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer and maintain strong professional relationships with them
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (AEI, IEK, Technical school)
- Knowledge of electrical drawing, schematics and circuit diagrams
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in the elevator sector and/or automation applications will be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (Both verbal & written)
- Completed military service (regards men candidates)
