Trade Floor Production Support Analyst – AVP to AD levelSanderson-iKas
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 application production support to internal users for the trading and front-office systems * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in the trading environment.
- Provide application support, enhancements, release management and troubleshooting assistance of in-house systems and third-party applications.
- Follow up with L2 and L3 teams on production issues and queries
- Support Daily Trading operations for various trading desks of High Touch & Low Touch cash Equities and F&O desk
- Act as an interface between Traders and Development team across various regions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin will be a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of proficiency, support and good experience in Trading System (OMS/EMS) applications like Fidessa, GL OMS, Bloomberg OMS or any other in-house OMS
- Proficient use of scripting languages and preferably demonstrable competence in at least one dynamic programming language, e.g. Shell, Perl or Python
- Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity business in a DMA/DSA, Agency and Program Trading environment
- Solid technical experience in Linux/Unix
Average Salary: HK$Negotiable
