Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an annual training plan that supports business goals

Identify training needs and improve existing programs

Inspire staff to consistently deliver excellent guest experiences

Use creative training methods aligned with international hotel standards
Requirements:

HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree

At least 9 years’ experience in training roles, with 5 years in a 5-star hotel setting

Proven success as a Training Manager in luxury hospitality

Strong skills in training program design and delivery
Salary:
₦800,000 – ₦1,000,000 per month
