A reputable commercial bank is urgently seeking Universal Tellers to handle financial transactions, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. If you’re reliable, organized, and passionate about banking, this opportunity is for you.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

💵 Cash & Cheque Handling:

• Accept and process cash and cheque deposits.

• Withdrawals and currency exchange.

• Verify authenticity of cheques.

👥 Customer Service:

• Assist customers with inquiries.

• Resolve complaints and promote banking products.

• Educate customers on ATMs, mobile and online banking.

📋 Transaction Processing:

• Record all transactions accurately.

• Update customer account details.

🧮 End-of-Day Balancing:

• Reconcile cash drawers daily.

• Ensure records match physical cash.

✅ Compliance & Security:

• Adhere to KYC/AML guidelines.

• Report suspicious activity promptly.

💼 Sales & Product Knowledge:

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling.

• Recommend accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, etc.

🤝 Team Support:

• Collaborate with branch staff and attend training sessions.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum OND in any field (Lower Credit).

• Cash handling experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication, accuracy, and MS Office skills.

• Strong integrity, time management, and customer service orientation.
