Responsibilities
- Handle sales contact inquiries from prospective or current customers
- Qualify prospective clients and record activities in Salesforce
- Identify client needs as well as requirements and provide solutions
- Monitor and report the progress of tasks to the manager
- Utilise expertise and information analysis to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance of activities with the business plan and company policies
Requirements
- Extensive background in sales or marketing
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Highly positive and flexible
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management and communication skills
