Responsibilities

• Handle sales contact inquiries from prospective or current customers
• Qualify prospective clients and record activities in Salesforce
• Identify client needs as well as requirements and provide solutions
• Monitor and report the progress of tasks to the manager
• Utilise expertise and information analysis to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance of activities with the business plan and company policies

Requirements 

• Extensive background in sales or marketing
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Highly positive and flexible
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management and communication skills
