Job Description

This is one of the fastest growing Corporate Bank in Asia; with their ambitious expansion, they are now seeking a Vice President to lead their Cash Management team.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the department head and lead a small team looking after cash management.
• Responsible for corporate cash transaction process accurately, including faster payment system (FPS), paper cheque clearing, electronic clearing, term deposits
• Report any operational issues and outstanding transactions or reconciliation breaks
• Review system specification & process design, and work closely with the stakeholders to formulate and implement new processes and controls
• Participate in regional projects related to operation processes improvements, system migrations
• Provide operational support, and ensure operational workflow complies with regulatory and internal operating guidelines
• Support ad hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years experience in cash management products and operations at a retail bank or corporate bank
• Solid understanding of HKMA requirements and making sure all procedures meet the regulation requirement
• Self-motivated, organized, ability to work independently
• Good computer skills and experience in MS Office applications
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
