About the Role:
VisionSpring is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, packing, shipment handling, and coordination with the global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Review shipment paperwork and ensure proper storage of goods.

Handle packing (“pick and pack”) for customer orders.

Maintain inventory records and work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator.

Monitor what stock is on hand and support stock replenishment.

Use ERP systems to track data accurately.

Ensure proper handling and organization of goods (lifting packages 10–15kg).

Follow warehouse processes and suggest improvements.
What They’re Looking For:

Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.

Good knowledge of warehouse systems and logistics processes.

Experience using tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel.

B.Sc in any relevant field (preferred).

Warehouse management certification is an advantage.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Team player who can also work independently.
