  1. The Bilingual Housing Counselor in Baltimore will report and work closely with the Maryland Housing Counseling Program Manager and the Chief Housing Programs Officer to implement and grow the housing counseling and financial capability services in the Baltimore area

S/he will work within the Annual Giving team and closely with the Hispanic Engagement Unit to leverage and maximize efforts to engage Hispanic prospects and donors in CRS’ fundraising efforts, with an overall goal of increasing the number of Hispanic donors over the long term.

  11. Research and develop new programs for individuals and community groups who are seeking to engage and fundraise on behalf of CRS
  12. Monitor existing programs and determine needs for Spanish language materials
